How to start

  • Register on Suryodaybank.com
    • On the home page, click “Log In”, and then select “Register new user”.

  • Enter Identification Information and Choose your User ID.
    • First, enter your Customer ID, few additional details.
    • Create a User ID that you’d like to use when accessing your accounts online, and click “Submit”.

  • Enter One time Password
    • To ensure the security of your account, we’ll need you to enter One time Password (OTP) which we will send you on your registered mobile number. Enter and click on “Submit”.

  • Create your Password
    • Create a password using the criteria provided on the screen and click “Submit”.

  • Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions

  • Registration Complete
    • Once you see the confirmation page, click “Login” to start banking online.

  • How do I Register for Internet Banking?
    • To activate the services please contact our smile officer @ 18002667711 or visit our closest branch.
  • How do I access my account information with Online Banking?
    • After logging into your account, you can view most of your account information on the "My Accounts" homepage. Here, you can view your account activity, details of deposits, loans, statements, etc.
  • Why do I have to authenticate each time I log in on line from a different device?
    • We'll ask you to verify that you own the accounts you want to access. This helps in protect your accounts from unauthorized access.
  • How do I transfer money to another account?
    • You can move money between your Suryoday accounts or outside the Bank either by using the "Transfer" option, Link the account to transfer within or other bank transfers. To link your accounts, visit a banker or call smile officer.
  • Why do I need to log off after I am done using online banking?
    • For security purposes, your account will time out after 5 minutes of inactivity. You should always use the log off button when you are done with your session to ensure your account is kept secure.
  • Do I have to pay extra to use Online Banking?
    • No, there is no additional cost for Online Banking. For regular transactions done through the branch, the charges as provided in your Suryoday Schedule of charges will apply.
  • Is it possible to check my account information online without signing up for Online Banking?
    • No. To view your account information online, you must sign up for Online Banking.
  • Can I talk to someone online if I am signed in?
    • We do not have Live Chat functionality at this time. You can always call Smile officer on 18002667711- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also write to us at smile@suryodaybank.com..
  • What type of account can use Internet Banking Facility?
    • All Individual Savings account will have the internet banking facility.
